Are You In The Running For A Successful Life?
Back in 2004, Barack Obama asked one of his experienced political friends whether he should run for President or not, and this was the advice he got...
"If you run you stand a chance of losing, but if you don't run you've already lost."
The same could be said about life. Are YOU 'running' or not?!!
This piece of advice reminded me of what Benjamin Franklin said almost 300 years ago.
It's something that YOU should think about as each day passes that you don't get around to 'running'...
"Write something worth reading or do something worth writing about."
When you're gone - will YOUR life have had an impact.. not only your family, but on many other people who have never actually met you?
Mine will.
Yours COULD too.
So...what's stopping YOU?
