I Just Want To Feel...
As you may well have noticed...over the last few months I have been writing to you less and less.
Now...I'm a feelings person - and absolutely turn away from doing things that I FEEL that I'm not inspired to do.
Recently - I HAVE been inspired...but not to write!
Whereas in the past - I felt inspired to write practically every single day for two years!
That's not to say that I now don't have much to say...far from it...but most of what I NEED to say is directed internally - which pushes me to further my boundaries in ways I have never done so before.
So...where do YOU fit in with all this?
After all - you're reading because you (I hope) want to hear what I have to say and how it can help you.
Yet...I'm not contacting you as much as I did in the past.
To be completely honest...I'm not contacting ANYONE as much as I did in the past!
It has come to the point where I don't want to contact you because I feel that I SHOULD...or because an edition of this ezine is due on a specific day.
So...nowadays I only want to contact you when I FEEL that I have something useful to say that may help - said from the heart - rather than just because I 'had' to.
Anyway...enough about ME - let's talk about YOU!
How ARE you doing?
Is life treating as well as you hope?
Are you HAPPY with your 'lot' at the moment?
These sorts of questions are simple...but their answers usually are a LOT more complicated!
Yet...
It all comes down to one major thing...
How do you FEEL - right NOW?
(Get THAT one spot-on all day every day, and you'll be really living and enjoying life, that's for sure.)
You see...whatever thoughts you may have about what you may or may not have done in the past...
Whatever worries you may have about what may happen in your future...
Making the most of this life of ours comes down to one little sentence...but one HUGE life-changing statement...
How DO you FEEL - right NOW?
Of course...it's not always easy to make yourself feel great when there are worries lurking there in the back of your mind - built up over the years from what I call 'positivity-neglect'.
And...anyone who tells you that they DON'T have even the tiniest worries in their lives are liars. (After all - if you don't have the 'bad' how do you know what 'good' is, right?).
So...is there an easy way to get some of that GOOD feeling out?
Well...here's one for me for a start...
Seeing your kids or spouse genuinely happy is always a great way to feel GOOD - even just for a few moments.
Then...once you get more practice at LOOKING for those FEEL-good moments - it's easier to find them.
Here's one of the views from where I aim to go for a 30 minute walk every day if I can...
(I usually just perch myself on one of those jutting out concrete 'steps' at the bottom for a few minutes after my walk)
Sure...it's not as picturesque as some places...but the sea breeze certainly blows those moody cobwebs away I can tell you!
I've found that just going for a nice slow walk away from everything and everyone works wonders for my peace of mind.
The key to getting the most out of it is NOT to dwell on the could'ves, should'ves, might-have-beens, or whys...
Instead - make sure that you focus ONLY on your surroundings...and on the POSITIVES like...
- What you will FEEL like when you achieve a specific outcome in your life
- What makes you FEEL inspired and happy
- What it FELT like when something went well for you in the past
- How it FEELS to just leave all the stress somewhere else and just ENJOY where you are right NOW.
Of course...you may not have a beach to wander to like me.
A nice park in your lunch hour will do the trick just the same.
A walk to shops via a different route can be just as inspiring.
Maybe a car journey to somewhere you have never been before.
Just laying on a sun lounger in the garden will work just as well.
Remember - physically getting away from it all isn't the important thing - it's how FEEL when you are there - wherever 'there' is - that's what's really important.
So...how are YOU going to get to that place where YOU can feel BETTER - even for a few minutes?

Don't Let Its Apparent Simplicity Fool You...
Resource Mentioned In This Issue
================================
Title : The Power Pause
Author : John Harricharan
Comment :
No doubt that you may have seen the promotion of this ebook that is 'doing the rounds' at the moment.
In my opinion - all of the plaudits are justified for what is perhaps the biggest selling 'sleeper' ebook of recent years (even though it carried a rather 'hefty' price tag!)
The simplicity of the 3-step Power Pause described in the ebook disguises the real power behind it.
In short...after you read it - you'll never look at the 'challenges' in your life in the same again.
Powerful stuff.
I met the author of this amazing ebook - John Harricharan, last January at an internet marketing seminar...he was sitting directly in the row behind me!
We had a brief discussion...and, well, there is something about his presence that certainly stuck with me since we spoke.
Anyway...
Over the next couple of days this ebook is available at a fraction of what it has been in the past.
In fact...the ebook alone is easily worth as much as it originally sold for.
BUT...
It's very rare these days to find bonuses with these sorts of 'offers' that are actually worth looking at.
Not in this case.
For example...one of the bonuses is an ebook I recommend a couple of years ago (at $27) - and is still one of my favorites - The Emotion Prism.
Another bonus - "Success - A Spiritual Matter" is a book I rated so highly that I paid hundreds to get the rights to sell it myself.
Plus...there are a couple of other ebooks and transcripts in there (including the excellent "Intuition" special report) that are worth FAR more than your investment in this excellent package.
I don't recommend much these days - but "The Power Pause" is one of those ebooks that has stood the test of time, and will still work as powerfully for YOU now as when it was first released.
Go here to find out more about it for yourself...
