It's Not Resolution...It's Revolution!
It's New Year's Eve...and resolutions beckon for most people!
But not for me.
I don't believe in them! Why? Well...I believe that they tend to do more harm than good.
Every year you make a resolution just because it's a New Year...and I guarantee that 99% of the time you will fail miserably!
How self-defeating is that?
One of the keys to setting goals and achieving them is having an emotional attachment to the result. It's difficult to do that when you are just 'following the herd'...and making resolutions just because everyone else is!
So - if you really want to change...you need to fear your current situation continuing more than the prospect of failure.
Re-read that again. Think about it. Unless you REALLY want to change bad enough - it ain't gonna happen!
So...I'll leave you with this final thought as the beginning of a New Year approaches...
"This time next year...what would you like to look back on as your major achievement in 2003?"

You, YOU...And YOU, Inc.
I have in front of me a list of fourteen things that I need to do...urgently!
And...I'm sure that I could add a few more as well!
But...whilst it would be easy to be overwhelmed and get depressed about it - I take it as a GOOD sign!
Why?
Well...if I didn't have a list of things that I need to do - then I wouldn't be busy would I? And...it would be a sure sign that my business would be on its 'last legs'.
Sure - I have a lot of work that I need to do, without, it seems, enough time to do it all in. But...I know that, if I look upon it as a positive thing then I will be more than likely to follow through on it.
Isn't it easy to procrastinate when you don't have a vested interest in something?
But I don't own a business like you, you might say.
Well, it's the same with your career. YOU are the CEO of the business called 'YOU'. It's up to you whether you look at working for someone else as a chore or as a long-term consultancy contract.
Whether you are paid weekly, monthly, or daily - you can easily work out how much you are paid by the hour by the company you work for.
Ask yourself...are you giving THEM value for money in return for the 'contract' they have with you?
The only way you can move upwards (and perhaps even onwards) is to provide more service than you are currently paid for.
This isn't some made-up rule I've just thought of - it's one of those unwritten 'Laws' of success.
Don't believe me? Try and find ANY famous successful person...and see if they don't (or haven't) put a lot of effort in (and taken a lot of calculated risks) to get where they are today.

The 'Ouch That Hurts' Method Of Positive Thinking
At this very moment I have an elastic band around my right wrist.
Why?
Well...I figured that it was about time that I tried to stop ANY negative thought from entering my head.
So - every time I think a thought that isn't positive - I stop myself and twang! - that elastic band!
This isn't a new device - and I am sure that you have heard of it before.
When I got up this morning - I thought that I would try it - just to see what happens. The twangs have become a little less as the day has worn on, that's for sure! (Because they DO hurt! lol)
I went for a walk this morning to get the newspaper (unusually - because I normally drive). It was raining, but not too heavy - so I thought - "Why Not?"
But (and this is the strange thing)...guess what I saw at FIVE different points along my ten minute walk?
Elastic Bands - just lying on the floor!
Now...is that a message or what?

The Only Way To Be Truly 'Lucky'
"I truly believe this is an opportunity for me to give testimony about tithing and spreading wealth."
This is one of the quotes from Andrew Jackson "Jack" Whittaker Jr. - the winner of the biggest ever advertised lottery jackpot of $314.9m (he is taking it in one lump sum of $111.7m after taxes).
'Jack' IS already a millionaire - so I expect many people will complain about how 'lucky' he is.
I don't think that he's lucky - I think that he deserves all of his winnings!
Why?
Well...for a start - he is tithing 10% of the gross ($170m - tithe of $17m) to three of his churches. He has always tithed - no matter how much he earned. He is also re-employing 25 workers who he had to lay off before Christmas.
Now tell me that he doesn't deserve it!
This is what else he said...
"My life has been blessed since I was a teenager, I've always had plenty of work, plenty of whatever I've wanted. I've always felt blessed to be alive, even when I've been sick or my family members have been sick."
Friends say that at least eight of his family members have died since 1994. His wife has fought and so far, beat, a serious form of Cancer twice (I know that it is serious because Lesley's sister just survived the very same type!).
He himself has also had eight operations in eight years...and yet...he works 90 hour weeks!
So - he works very hard, he cares for his family, he carries on despite all the setbacks, and he gives 10% of his gross income away.
Now...are YOU getting the idea about what you should do if you want to be as successful (and 'lucky') as him?

It's Experiences That Count...Not Money
Do you 'get out' and see as much of the world as you should do?
Spending the last two days with my extended family has made me realize that perhaps I am not actually experiencing life as much as I should do.
We spend days in front of a computer screen reading and writing about life...but most of us probably don't actually take much time out to actually live it!
I don't mean that you should be travelling the world...or joining a club.
What I mean is that every now and again you need to actually stop what we doing and just 'be!'
How can you do that?
Well...how about going for a walk instead of working through lunch? Or what about getting off the train a stop early and walk the rest of the way in? Or inviting friends around for dinner instead of sitting and watching the lastest soap?
Basically...do ANYTHING that gives you exposure to either people, places, or non-inanimate objects!
What we experience shapes our lives...so make sure that you make time to actually live it!

Why Don't You Just Celebrate Being YOU?
Christmas is upon us yet again...
It means so many things to so many people...
It's a positive thing. A negative thing. Stressful. Fun. Happy. Sad. Expensive. Value for Money.
Doesn't that give you some idea of how every single one of us uniquely views what is, in fact, a relatively 'simple' experience?
We all have experienced those Christmases where we have to 'play along' because of the children...or because of the in-laws.
What most of us don't realise is that we 'play along' during the rest of the year as well! We never seem to fulfil our undoubted potential...why?
Society places boundaries, expectations, 'requirements', upon us all. A lot of the time we don't even realise that we are constantly competing with our neighbors or our family...or our peers.
How can you possibly compare yourself against ANYONE else?
You are UNIQUE...that you cannot deny. But...if that is the case...you will never shape up against anyone else in this world.
You will be better than a lot of people at some things...and worse at a lot of things than a lot of people!
Don't compare yourself against anyone or anything...because in your mind you will ALWAYS come off worse!
Christmas is a time for celebration...so celebrate being YOU!

Practice, Practice, Practice...That's All It Takes
Even though today was a Monday...it seemed like a Saturday!
People rushing everywhere...roads busy...last minute 'panic buying' of presents.
It made me laugh!
I used to get stressed whilst I was waiting in long queues...whatever time of the year. Then I realised that there was nothing I could do about it - so why let it get to me?
Again...it's all down to habit. The first time you tell yourself to calm down - yet deep inside you are still hopping on one leg wishing it would hurry up!
But...practice, practice, practice...that's ALL it takes.
Whatever you want to change won't want to be changed...I guarantee it! (If you didn't really have a good reason to actually do it in the first place then you wouldn't have started it, would you? lol)
It can be a long, slow, tiresome, and yes, stressful, process to change a habit that is holding you back from moving you towards where you want to go.
Don't make the mistake of thinking that it may be holding you back from moving towards something you SHOULD be. Beware of family and friends giving you the idea that you SHOULD be this or that.
Trying to change to aspire to be something YOU don't really WANT to be is like trying to climb up a greasy pole...you may get so far...but you will only slip back down to where you started in the first place!
So...as Christmas Eve approaches for another year...I ask you...who do YOU want to BE...and are you willing to change YOUR habits to get there?

Are YOU Failing Your Way To Success?
You may have heard of the term...
"Are you failing your way to success?"
Perhaps you haven't. The idea is that...in order for us to achieve success we need to have learned from a number of failures on the way.
After all, it took Thomas Edison 10,000 attempts to invent a lightbulb!
But...it's not easy, is it? Failure is a very difficult thing to cope with if it keeps on happening. Regular 'failure' can be a good thing - as long as you aren't making the 'same' mistake twice.
And that's the problem.
There are too many people who "Fail their way to failure!"
What this means is that, instead of learning and benefitting froim the failure 'experience' - they just never seem to actually learn anything - and just carry on doing what they've always done.
You probably know someone who lives like this - they are the ones who usually blame someone or something else for their 'terrible' situation.
Failing your way to success is a good way to go - providing that you do actually LEARN from each failure along the way...and vow NEVER to give up when it seems that failing is all that you seem capable of doing.
It's a very tough thing to be able to do - but it certainly worth the effort in the end.

Are You Filling Your Head With Yesterday's News?
What have you read today?
Who are the people that you have spent time with?
"Why?" do you ask?
Well..one of my favorite quotes is from Charlie 'Tremendous' Jones -
"You are the same today as you'll be in five years, except for two things:
The people you meet...and the books you read."
Makes you think doesn't it? (Like the best quotes do!)
So - if you have been filling your head with yesterday's news...or comic books...or even a good 'thriller' - how much impact do you think that that investment of time will have had on your life in the future?
And...if you associate with people who are negative...and even those who aren't 'ahead' of you...then, I ask you...how much do you think that you'll benefit from those relationships?
It may seem harsh...but if you constantly are around negative events and 'down' people - then it won't be long before you catch the negativity 'bug'.
I know...I'm still trying to get out of it myself.
One of my best friends at work was one of the most negative people about his career that you could ever meet. Sure - he WAS a nice guy, don't get me wrong. But...we'd go out for a drink...and all it was was moan moan moan about how the company was bad, how badly his boss treated him, how 'unlucky' he was.
It took me some time before I realised how 'toxic' he was to my own ambitions!
Coupled with reading and watching the news about impending war...or this or that disaster...and my mind was forever filling up with 'bad' input...and pushing out the positive frame of mind that I was spending so much time cultivating!
So...if you do only one thing tomorrow - look at ways you can clear some of the negativity out of your life.
You'll be surprised at how much room you'll make!

Is Your Life Jagged?
Life's funny sometimes...
One minute you are uP...the next minute you are DOwn.
But...that's part of the 'fun' of it!
I can sit here all day long typing words for you to read...but unless you actually 'do' something with that information - you might as well be reading a picture book.
Life is jagged...experiences are ragged...emotions get scrambled.
You will NEVER be able to life a 'perfect' life. Why? Because 'living' gets in the way.
Nope...you can make your life easier...but it will never be simple. We need to experience the downs in order to appreciate the ups.
You can't have it both ways. Sure - you can 'even out' your reactions to those things that happen to you...but you will never remove the negative experiences from your life.
I'm one of the most positive people I know - yet I regularly have 'bad' experiences thrown at me!
So - you can choose to drown or you can choose to surf on the emotional 'waves' of life.
Choosing to 'drown' will make you even more wary next time...whereas choosing to 'surf' will make you look upon each wave as a challenge. Some you will ride...and others will collapse over your head...but you can still benefit from the experience...if YOU choose to.
How will you approach the next wave that is coming your way right now?

The Key Difference Between The Winners And The Runners-Up
Can you be bothered?
You know...do you really CARE about what's important in your life?
- Do you have that extra piece of cake when you know that you shouldn't?
- Do you always skip breakfast only to buy it on the way to work?
- Do you have all these ideas in your head - yet never do anything about them?
Do you stand up for yourself? After all...you can wait and wait for someone to come along and 'save' you - or YOU can make the effort to move towards making some positive changes in your life!
It doesn't have to be drastic...and you certainly don't need to spend any money to do it.
All you need to do is to force yourself to do that little bit 'extra' in your life.
- Force yourself to get up that little bit earlier...and get into work a little earlier.
- Force yourself to work that little bit harder on your own development in your free time.
- Force yourself to actually USE all those books that you read.
It's what makes the difference between the winners and the runners-up. They both have occasions where they desperately want to give up - and what separates them is that the winners know that a little extra makes a big difference.
So - what little extra are you going to work on today?

The Little Sod's Lesson In How To Deal With Stress
Yesterday was a very strange day!
Out of the house from 8:45 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. - and here's what happened...
Connor had a severe epileptic fit whilst at his special school...and we were at least one hour's drive away - looking at new houses!
Whilst we were calm 50 miles away, Connors (fully trained) nurse was panicking...getting stressed...and generally 'losing it'!
It's funny...despite knowing that Connor had actually stopped breathing (the ambulance team had to 'bag' him) - Lesley and I were very 'cool' about the whole thing.
You (and others) may think that we are 'cold hearted'...but we are not.
You may think that we don't care...we do.
But...we know Connor! lol
By the time we got back to our local hospital where he had been taken...his nurse was in a complete 'state', and Connor was smiling! lol
The 'little sod' as he is affectionately known in our house was given a 'telling off' by his mother for 'misbehaving' outside of his home. You see...Connor has pulled this 'stunt' on Lesley and I a few times...and, although it is a very stressful and worrying thing to deal with at the time...10 minutes later we are back to doing 'normal' things again!
Why?
Well...we are used to the odd 'panic stations' situation...and, well, there's no point in dwelling on things.
After all, how you deal with things such as problems and emergencies define who you are. Lesley and I are undoubtedly stronger characters because of it...and take these sort of things in our stride.
It just goes to show that, becuase of Connor's illness 'habit' - we are able to deal with emergencies more effectively...and without any undue extra stress. Because his school nurse had never experienced Connor doing one of his 'specials' - she found it a lot more difficult to deal with.
If nothing else - this 'story' goes to show that habits (either good or bad) define who and what you are.
What are yours....and what can you do to change them?
PS - After an overnight 'stay' for observation in hospital, Connor returned to school this lunchtime to 'perform' in his school nativity play - dressed in his shepard's outfit! lol

PS - After an overnight 'stay' for observation in hospital, Connor returned to school this lunchtime to 'perform' in his school nativity play - dressed in his shepard's outfit! lol

The Success Mindset Of Perpetually Successful People
Hitting thousands of tennis balls for all that applause is nothing compared to being able to change someone's life"
I heard that quote from the former child prodigy tennis player - Andrea Jaeger.
She now runs a 'ranch' in Aspen, Colorado...where children with cancer come and stay...and remember what it is like to be a proper child again. It was an amazing sight to see the laughter on those very ill children's faces.
Andrea Jaeger was part of a TV program called "After They Were Famous"...which basically showed what former 'celebrities' were doing now that they weren't famous any more.
And you know what surprised me? (OK - perhaps it didn't really surprise me!)
I would say that at least 80% of former 'famous' people that were shown were now as successful or rich (and if not, more so), than when they had been famous! - And in completely different careers!
So - it just goes to show that once you have a success 'mindset' - the world is your oyster - even if things don't seem to work out right the first time around!
If someone can go from being rich and famous to being poor...and then being rich again at something else - don't YOU think that YOU could stand a chance of making a sucess out of SOMETHING in your life?
All you need is a 'never say die' attitude...and you will be halfway there!

Why The Smallest Amount Makes Such A Huge Difference
It's funny...
Over the last few days, I have been asking my ezine subscribers for donations for Connor's children's hospice - Demelza House.
The thing is...it's as gratifying and exciting seeing the donations come into my email as it is when I see sales of my ebooks go through!
I'll be honest - it's the first time that I've really 'put myself out' for charity...but Demelza House is a wonderful place - and deserves a little effort on my part in return for the 21 days respite that we get from them.
It feels good to be able to connect with so many different people around the world and help a cause that is just an hour's drive away from me!
And...it's about time that I gave something back by actually 'practicing what I preach'.
It's good to have that warm 'glow' inside you when you know that you are doing something that is, well....RIGHT!
So - what about you?
Are you focusing so much on yourself to realise that there are many thousands (even just in your community) who could do with some help, financial or ortherwise?
This holiday season - give a small thought for somebody else when you are spending money on all that extra food.
I know from experience that the smallest amount makes a huge difference!

How To Slow Down Time Without Being Overloaded
Do you ever have those moments where time just seems to pass by more and more quickly?
Since I have a rigid routine of writing an ezine on a Friday and a recommendation on a Tuesday - it seems that the weeks seem to 'fly by' as each one comes around again.
As soon as Friday's issue is finished - it seems like it's Monday again - and I have to contemplate what to write on a Tuesday...and so it goes on.
Isn't it strange that time seems to 'drag' when you are bored...yet seems to 'speed up' when you have lots of (sometimes interesting) things to do?
Have you ever thought about why that is?
No, neither had I, really! lol
But...it seems to me that the more energy, effort, and focus you put into a task - the more your brain 'steps up a gear' and seems to work on overdrive.
There is a saying that, if you want something done - ask a busy person...so, perhaps that is true.
That's why it seems so easy to get overloaded when you aren't really accomplishing anything. Your brain steps up - ready for action - and all you feed it is more knowledge to think about...rather than tasks for it to accomplish.
Makes you think, doesn't it?
All I've got to do now is try to work out a way where I can 'slow' time down - yet still achieve as much as I want to.
I know that it can be done. Just look at any hugely successful businessman or entrepreneur - and see how much they manage to 'achieve' every working day.
It's certainly something to ponder over the weekend!

Float...Float On!
I had a 'visit' in a floatation tank this morning.
It's a very eerie experience - floating without effort in body-temperature salt-water in complete darkness.
It gave me some serious thinking time.
I am a firm believer in 'thinking your way to success' - but I very rarely set aside a time to actually 'do' it. This hour was one of those times.
I realised there in the dark that I was mentally holding myself back from fulfilling my potential...despite making huge strides online in less than a year.
Despite talking a good 'game' - I was not always 'in sync' with what I was thinking about. Sure...I am a positive person - but (as all us humans do) I always tend to find a negative angle on something - or an excuse why I was not doing that...or organizing this.
It was a revealing moment in my development.
But...now that I know - the hardest part is yet to come...I must ACT. And then continue to BELIEVE in my actions!
Sound familiar?
How many times have you KNOWN what you need to do - yet never quite got around to it?
Well...I am going to set myself a challenge...I WILL make sure that I BELIEVE in order for me to SUCCEED.
Care to join me?

The Failures Guide To Missing The Opportunity To Become A Success
I was watching a TV programme last night where a top chef from the UK (Jamie Oliver) took 15 unemployed and almost 'down-and-out' people - and fast-tracked them into becoming chefs for his new restaurant called'15'.
It certainly was fascinating to watch as people with no real qualifications (or aptitude) struggled to go through catering college in 7 months instead of 3 years!
In the end - thirteen 'passed' - and now, less than a year after they first set foot in a proper kitchen - they are now cooking for paid guests.
The most interesting bit about the programme were the people who 'failed'.
One guy couldn't control his temper - and ended up being suspended by the catering college...but...he has now realised what he needs to do - so he has gone back to college so that he can join the next year's 'intake'. Good luck to him.
Unbelievably - there were a couple of girls (they were all teenagers or early twenties) who literally treated their big opportunity to make something for themselves like they had school. They would 'skive' off and not 'phone in...or go out shopping with their mums instead!
It was unbelievable that they couldn't see how lucky and privileged they were to be offered a career for just a little effort in return.
Perhaps most interesting of all was a coloured guy who was the 'clown' - always being cheeky to the teachers and generally 'showing off'.
When he concentrated - he was as good as (if not better) than anyone else.
After a few close 'scrapes' he commented to camera that it he thought that it was about time that he 'grew up' and not make a mess of yet another attempt to do something with his life. He had been suspended 62 times! whilst at school - but now he said that he realised that this was his 'big chance' to make something out of what had been a life of failure.
Go forward a few weeks - and he failed to turn up for an important event despite being warned the previous day that he would be sacked if he failed to show.
So - he is back in the 'gutter' whilst his new friends are carving out a career for themselves.
Sometimes it seems that, even with all of the best intentions in the world - there are people that don't take advantage of a gilt-edged opportunity provided for them in return for just showing up and working hard!

Use The Difficulty...
Today has been a 'down' day.
Why...because something I tried didn't work - and cost me a few hundred dollars in the process!
It almost ruined my day...but I am fighting the urge to let it.
It's easy to get hung up on things like this - and it seems to get more and more difficult to pull yourself up when you feel 'down and out'.
But...guess what?
I'm NOT down...and I'm certainly NOT out!
I may have lost money today - but I made enough money last week to cover it - and - I can still get some other benefit from it. So - all may not be as bleak as it at first seems!
It would have been easy to admit 'defeat' and rue the day that I ever started this business - but I WON'T!
I won't because I know that life isn't about a smooth upward curve. Every setback is a clue to a future benefit - mark my words!
As the actor Michael Caine said in a recent interview - "How can I use the difficulty to my advantage?"
So - the next time you look as if you are 'snatching defeat from the jaws of victory' - think again. You could, in effect, be building a nice new foundation for your future success from the experience!

Why The Fear Of Looking Stupid Is Holding You Back
I did the fatherly thing today...and took Katie to her school's Christmas fair.
I never cease to be amazed at how children can be excited by even the smallest things!
Just seeing her schoolfriends made her screech!
Just winning a 'naff' cuddly toy made her jump up and down!
Just having her face painted with an angel made her 'glow' all day long!
At what point did we lose the excitement and utter joy in life we had as six year olds?
Why shouldn't you have more fun?
Why shouldn't you get excited about getting a question right on "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire"?
Why shouldn't you jump up and down when you beat your kids at snap?
Why shouldn't you dance like an idiot to all those Christmas songs?
Well...what's stopping you?
The fear of looking stupid, I bet!
Who cares! So you may look stupid to them - but you're the one who is having all the fun, aren't you?
Come on! Life's too short not to be stupid once in a while!
Try it - you might find that you enjoy it more than you think! lol

Are YOU In Control Of Your Life...Or Is Somebody Else?
Lesley and I had to do some serious rushing about today...
And all because we couldn't say "No"!
Do you ever have that problem? You know - where you are put in a position where it's easier to say "yes"...even though you don't really want to - and just because you feel guilty or don't want to upset the other person?
We were put in that 'awful' situation at Connor's respite home this afternoon - and it meant that we had to (literally) charge back 50 miles in double-quick time to make sure that we weren't late for something else!
Ever been there?
Well...after today - I think that I have finally learned my lesson...
"I am the one who is in control of my life - so I should make my own decisions - and stick with them!"
Perhaps I should print out that statement out and paste it the wall above my PC screen to remind me in future!
It's not always easy. It's doesn't always make you feel good. But...if your inability to say "no" compromises something in your life (even your peace of mind) - then it is something that you should seriously consider working on in the future!
After today - I know that I am going to! lol

Are You Fighting Battles That You Cannot Win?
Bitterness can be such a terrible...and debilitating, thing.
We have been let down by our community nursing support team for probably the hundreth time.
It's easy to get angry. It's easy to be bitter. It's easy to be upset.
But...it doesn't solve anything. The only thing you end up with is a headache!
Lesley was suprised today that I didn't seem too bothered about something which really frustrated and angered her. Don't get me wrong - I am not a robot - but...
I know that fighting a battle where neither side can win is the last thing you should do.
What about you? Are you trying to 'fight' against opponents even though you know that doing so won't solve or achieve anything?
It's easy to fall into the trap of doing it to make you feel better - but why give the other side the satisfaction of knowing that it's 'got to you'.?
So - next time you do feel the rage building up inside of you...
Take a deep breath - and ask yourself...
"So What?"

Of Course There's Nothing New Where Success Is Concerned!
I've been spending a lot of time recently reading "The Law Of Success" by Napoleon Hill.
It was written way back in 1928...yet it makes so much sense!
Of course - certain things are out-of-date, but most of it proves that where success is concerned...
There is NOTHING new!
It all comes down to one major fact -
Who you are is determined by what you think.
I, myself, am at a crossroads in regards where I want to make the next step in my business.
So far - all I have done is focus on the reasons why I won't be able to this or that - instead of using my thoughts in a much more constructive and positive way!
Are you like that?
Can you see (like I am finding out at the moment) - how easy it is to sabotage your dreams?
So - next time you find yourself thinking about the reasons why not - focus instead of the reasons WHY!

Do You Have A Real Desire...Or Are You Just Not Bothered?
Today has been one of those days where I have achieved at least as much as I wanted to!
Do you have many of those sort of days?
No - me neither! lol
The thing was...it could have easily turned into one of those 'lost days' - but I caught myself reading emails instead of working...and made sure that I put my nose to the grindstone instead!
It's not always easy to drag yourself forward - but once you getting going - the end results prove that it was all worthwhile.
The key to it all is desire.
Ask yourself this question:
How badly do I want to achieve my goals compared to how bothered I am if I don't achieve them?
The answer is not always that straightforward - but it is probably one of the biggest things holding us back from achieving what we want from our lives.
It's easier to read emails or watch TV...it's hard to work or make phone calls instead.
But...unless you hurdle these 'speed bumps' then your journey forward is going to be a slow one...or you may even find yourself at a standstill!
So - next time you catch yourself being lazy (like me!) - make sure that you give yourself a good talking to - and get on and do something important instead!

What Are You Thinking About Now That You Shouldn't Be?
Yet again...I've stumbled upon a little 'winner'.
I've found a fantastic ebook called "I'm Rich Beyond My Wildest Dreams, I Am, I Am, I Am".
It is really a superb little ebook that clearly outlines a lot of very simple, yet effective techniques for getting what you want.
I won't go into too much detail - as I don't want to 'spoil' its message, but...
It certainly fits in with that recurring theme that the great Earl Nightingale highlighted:
"You Become What You Think About Most Of The Time"
I'm as skeptical as the next person about a 'Higher Power' - but I am slowly coming to terms with the fact that there IS something, somewhere, that we can tap into to give ourselves a little 'push' in the right direction.
This ebook certainly provides one of the most clear and, it seems, effective ways of harnessing that 'power'.
So remember - if you become what YOU think about - what are you thinking about now that you shouldn't be?

Lessons From A Scary Experience!
Sometimes it's easier to do something than worry about not doing it...
Doing my first teleclass last week with my mentor, Mitch Axelrod was a scary experience.
Well...the experience itself wasn't that bad...the build-up to it in my mind was what made it scary!
Do you ever do that?
You know - spend so much time worrying about something that it almost paralyzes you?
I'll be honest with you...if it was solely up to me - I probably would have found some excuse to get out of doing the teleclass! lol I spent the entire week before literally stressing myself out about the entire process!
But...once I was on the call and got going - I was fine. And...the silly thing was - I KNEW that I would be!
So - why all that worrying beforehand? Easy - I didn't really BELIEVE in myself. I didn't really BELIEVE that I could do it...even though I knew that I could.
Silly really.
But...now that I've 'done' it once - I won't find it so easy to 'kid' myself that I shouldn't do it again, should I?
So - the moral of this story is this....
"Feel the fear...but do it anyway!"
