Sometimes the last thing you want to do is the very thing that you think you need to do.
Bit like needing to write this when I haven't got the faintest idea what I'm going to write!
Isn't life...interesting?
I've long realized that, if I begin to find something 'difficult' - then I should look at ways that I can either...
a) make it more interesting
b) stop doing it altogether
So...
When even writing this weekly article begins to become more of a 'challenge' than it ever used to be then this means that change is not far away!
Now...it's not that I'm going to stop writing this stuff.
Nope.
I'm just going to shift my focus from feeling the 'need' to do it, to finding a path where doing this, once again, just - flows!
Many people will tell you not to change a 'winning formula'.
I'm here to tell you that ANY formula whether it's 'winning' or not - will soon become a chore if you don't listen to the signals your mind is sending you.
I'm not a fan of just going through the motions for the sake of just doing something (or so that I can tell others that I have done something) - if it means that I am not inspired and motivated when the time comes to do it.
Over the last few years, I've began to understand why so many successful people have become so despite what many other people told them.
If you continue to search for and refine the actions that inspire you...then YOU, too will be well on the way to leading a much happier, focused, challenging, and ultimately wealthy life.
Being stuck in a rut 'just because' isn't a good enough excuse for me at least, any more.
I spent fifteen years accepting my fate...when in fact, over the last four, I've come to the conclusion that I was master of my own all along!
And YOU are, too...even if you might not think so at the moment.
Life has a habit of fooling us into thinking that we aren't in control of how it shapes up.
Never forget that you ARE in control.
As long as you constantly look at why you do what you do.
