Recently, I realised that I hardly ever have anyone over to my house in the summer. In the winter - yes, lots of times. So why not in the summer?
Well, the last couple of years I didn't find the time to clear the garden properly while the weather was still warm. I spent goodness knows how much time clearing my house, my emotions, my working practices and making space for clarity and new things to come into my life. I had almost forgotten what it meant to have clutter around - until I stepped outside.
Now, with clutter of old pots of dead spring bulbs removed, twigs and leaves blown in over the winter brushed away, and the patio hosed down, I'm able to have friends over all the time, for drinks, for parties, just to sit and be outdoors in the fresh air. It's great!
> Are you lacking space for fun and happiness in your life?
> Feeling that the seasons are passing you by?
> Realising that your environment is dictating the way you live?
Without space in our lives, we don't have room for new and better things to come in. We get bogged down by possessions and habits and, quite frankly, just clutter. Emotional clutter. Physical clutter. And, in my case, garden clutter!
Where can YOU make some space in your life?
